Delivery terms
Deliveries to private customers with a Danish postal address are usually made with MyPack, and delivered by the Danish Post (www.post.dk). In difference from, for example normal letters, MyPack shipments are always insured and traceable. Shipping costs are calculated by weight and volume. The delivery time for products in stock is usually 2 -4 working days. If the product is not in stock, the delivery time is usually 1-2 weeks. However, if our supplier does not have the product(s) in stock, the delivery time will take longer. Orders will be sent as soon as the entire order is complete, if no other agreement has been made.Notification of Delivery
If you have entered a mobile phone number at the time of placing an order, you will receive a text message when your order has been shipped. Your order will be delivered directly to the designated address provided, usually between 15.00-21.00 on weekdays. If you are not present at the designated address on the day of delivery, you will be sent a letter, which will indicate where you can collect your order. If you have not collected your order after nine (9) days, you will receive another reminder by letter.Unclaimed Orders
Usually you will have two weeks to collect your order, after it has arrived at your nearest collection point. After two weeks the order will be returned to us. For unclaimed orders, Touratech Nordic will charge DKK 225.00 + all shipping costs.Subject to changes
