Delivery terms
Deliveries to private customers with an Icelandic postal address are usually made by postal package. In difference from, for example normal letters, post package shipments are always traceable. Shipping costs are calculated by weight and volume. The total shipping costs are shown on the check out page before confirming your order. The delivery time for products in stock is usually 3 -5 working days. If the product is not in stock, the delivery time is usually 1-2 weeks. However, if our supplier does not have the product(s) in stock, the delivery time will take longer. Orders will be sent as soon as the entire order is complete, if no other agreement has been made. Please note that due to customs handling, the delivery time may be longer than indicated.Notification of delivery
A notice will be sent when your order is ready for collection at your designated collection point. If you have not collected your order after nine (9) days, you will receive another reminder by letter.Unclaimed orders
Usually you will have two weeks to collect your order, after it has arrived at your nearest collection point. After two weeks the order will be returned to us. For unclaimed orders, Touratech Nordic will charge EUR 25.00 + all shipping costs and import custom fees.Subject to changes
