Delivery terms
Deliveries to private customers with a Swedish postal address are usually made by postal package. In difference from, for example normal letters, post package shipments are always insured and traceable. Shipping costs are calculated by weight and volume. Delivery timings
The delivery time for products in stock is usually 1 -3 working days, depending on where in Sweden you live. If the product is not in stock, the delivery time is usually 1-2 weeks. However, if our supplier does not have the product(s) in stock, the delivery time will take longer. Orders will be sent as soon as the entire order is complete, if no other agreement has been made.
Notification of delivery
Notification of a delivery is usually done via text message the moment your order is available for collection at the designated collection point.If you have not collected your order after three (3) day, you will receive a reminder via text message. Should you not collect your order after nine (9) days, you will receive a reminder by post. However, if you have not provided a mobile phone number when confirming your order, you will receive a notice by post.
Unclaimed orders
Usually you will have two weeks to collect your order, after it has arrived at your nearest collection point. After two weeks the order will be returned to us. For unclaimed orders, Touratech Nordic will charge SEK 250.00 + all shipping costs.
